Creating
a "Skip Button" is a courtesy
to your viewer. Perhaps the want just
the facts and they don't need to be blown
away with your amazing "Flash"
abilities so they can hit this "Skip
Button" and go to the meat of your
web site. |

Create the
look of a button in it's own "Layer"
that says "Skip." |

Select what
you would like to turn into your "Skip"
Button. |

Create a "Symbol'
This time make sure that "Button' is
selected and NOT "Movie Clip." |

Click OK |

Click on your
button. |

Open your
"Actions" Properties dialog box. |

Select "Get
URL." This is going to be the URL that
you are linking to. |

Type the URL
you would like to send them to. (This should
be the home page of your new site that we
will create for your final. For example
