Hidden Exercises! There are many other ways to exercise by not going to the gym. Here are just some hidden ways to exercise. A great exercise is outdoor lawn work, for this time of year, raking leaves is a good work out for your shoulders, arms, and back. Table tennis is a great way to improve hand-eye coordination; it is also a great work out for your wrists. Cleaning windows is a great way to stretch out your body, which is always important before and after exercising. Stair climbing is a great way to strengthen and tighten your calves, hamstrings, quadriceps, and gluteus. Standing wall push ups are a great way to build muscle in your upper body. You can do this exercise when you are simply waiting for something on the stove to boil. If you have a member of your family that plays a sport, walk around the field or the area instead of just sitting down and watching. Another good way to get exercise is during TV commercials, alternate sit ups and leg lifts. The last hidden exercise I have for you is to sign up for a charity fitness event. This is a great way to exercise and also help out local or national charities. |
