Hey girls are you getting ready for
summer, its time to get in that bikini. It's
time to get that perfect body you have

The weather has been very nice lately the
temperatures have been between 99 close
to 103 its been very hot.

Its hard to lose weight but find the power
and the strength and the courage to do it .

Normally, our bodies can cool down
by sweating, but in extreme heat, the
body can lose its ability to regulate
temperature. Prolonged to heat and
insufficient body fluid can result in
heat exhaustion. The symptoms can
include heavy or vomiting. Heat can
also lead to other, more serious
problems.

Heat stroke is a serious medical
condition that can damage the brain
and other organs, and even kill you.
Symptoms of heat stroke that you
want to watch out for are red, hot and
dry skin; rapid, strong pulse;
throbbing headache, dizziness,
nausea, confusion and
unconsciousness.

If you think someone might be
suffering from heat stoke, call 911.
Cool them down any way you can
until help arrives. To avoid
heat-related illnesses, drink plenty of
fluids, pace yourself when working
outdoors, replace salts and minerals,
wear lightweight clothing, seek air
conditioning, and take cold showers.

Don't schedule outdoor activities at
the hottest parts of the day.
